Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any items back, please contact us at support@puppyloveclub.co with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and supporting information so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
• Pet apparel, collars, harnesses, leashes, and similar wearable products due to hygiene and safety considerations
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
