Return and Refund Policy

At PuppyLoveClub, operated by Qrange Digital Ltd., we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any items back, please contact us at support@puppyloveclub.co with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the applicable return address and return instructions by email.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address or any other address without receiving return instructions from us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Pet apparel, collars, harnesses, leashes, and similar wearable products that have been worn, used, washed, or are no longer in their original condition
  • Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Unworn and unused pet apparel, collars, harnesses, leashes, and similar products may be eligible for return if they meet all return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return has been approved. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.

PuppyLoveClub, operated by Qrange Digital Ltd., may update this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
