Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Canada Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $99 CAD or more.

Orders under $99 CAD are charged a standard shipping fee of $21 CAD.

United States Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $79 USD or more.

Orders under $79 USD are charged a standard shipping fee of $19 USD.

Fulfillment Location

PuppyLoveClub is operated by Qrange Digital Ltd. in British Columbia, Canada. Orders are currently fulfilled and dispatched by our fulfillment partners in Shenzhen, China.

Because orders are shipped internationally, delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier conditions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard shipping estimates are:

• Handling time: 1–2 business days
• Transit time: approximately 13–18 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: approximately 14–20 business days from the date the order is placed

These delivery estimates apply to orders shipped to both Canada and the United States.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after the carrier receives your package.
