Canada Shipping

We currently ship within Canada.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $99 CAD or more.

Orders under $99 CAD are charged a standard shipping fee of $21 CAD.

United States Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $79 USD or more.

Orders under $79 USD are charged a standard shipping fee of $19 USD.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping Delivery Time

Standard shipping transit time is 12-18 business days after your order has been processed.

• Canada: 12–18 business days
• United States: 12–18 business days

Including order processing time, the estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 13-21 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. PuppyLoveClub is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
